Double Pheasant Consommé with Game Dumplings and parmesan crisp
Lobster Ravioli served on courgette noodles – Lobster sauce and fennel purree
Melon Rose with a Port and Balsamic Reduction
Home smoked Duck Breast and Waldorf salad
Warm Goats Cheese beignet with taste of beetroot
Palate refresher
Green Apple Sorbet
To follow:
Roast Turkey and Pork with all the Traditional Trimmings.
Classic Fillet Rossini- foie gras – truffles- Madeira sauce
Venison loin on Sc soubise Almond potatoes Red wine jus- Roasted Chestnuts
Fillet of Seabass with seared Scollops, peas and saffron sauce
Kohlrabi, Butternut Squash, Asparagus, roasted Pepper Tart with poached duck egg- Sc.Hollandaise – sweet pickled shallot, fine bean and hazelnut Salad (V)
To finish:
Traditional Christmas pudding finished with Brandy Sauce.– Christmas Pudding
Sticky Toffee and Date Pudding with Butterscotch Sauce, Devon Clotted Cream
