WELCOME TO OUR NEW YEAR’S EVE TASTER MENU
TO BEGIN: Gingle all the way Gin & Tonic sourced from Torquay’s local distillery - flavoured with blood orange, cranberry and a unique blend of Christmas spices or perhaps a classic Kir Royale + A canapés selection Starters: Pheasant double consommé with pheasant quenelles + a hint of sherry Followed by… An English lobster cocktail coated with a light dill and yoghurt mayonnaise Palate refresher in the form of champagne sorbet A choice of Mains: Either… Classic tournedo rossini - 6oz Prime Fillet of beef on a crouton topped with slice of foie grass and truffle shavings all brought together with a glistening madeira sauce Or Line caught local seabass fillet on braised fennel served with a fish veloute with oysters A choice of Desserts: either… warm raspberry pudding with mango puree and raspberries Or a Chocolate pot with cointreau fruit garnish and clotted cream And finally a coffee with homemade chocolates and a glass of champagne at midnight ~ Total of £107p.p Just a note from me, I advise you all to book transport beforehand yet as I am working I will not be drinking so if you are stuck I am happy to take you home after midnight for a cash contribution to Rowcroft Hospice.
